HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped breast of chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 whole med. pineapple
1 bunch seedless grapes, red or white
Red cherries
Lettuce leaves

Combine all ingredients (except pineapple) and mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Cut pineapple into 4 quarters lengthwise. Cube remaining pineapple to serve with salad.

To serve: Mix pineapple chunks into salad and spoon into pineapple boat. Garnish with red cherries and grapes. Serves 4 on lettuce leaves.
