CHEESY MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
12 med. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese with chives
8 oz. sour cream with chives
Onion salt

Boil, drain and mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream and then add onion salt to taste. Place mixture in a greased casserole. Dot with butter and paprika. Place casserole in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
