CHEESY MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. potatoes, peeled
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped green onion

Cook potatoes until done, then mash. Add onion, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, seasonings and onion; mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Grate cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
