CHEESY MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. potatoes, peeled
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 chopped green onion

Cook potatoes until done, then mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, seasonings and onion. Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Grate cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
