2 c. instant potato flakes
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions

Prepare potatoes according to directions on package, except omit milk. Heat Cheez Whiz in microwave. Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
