CANDY-TOPPED PIZZA | |
1/2 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 1 egg 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. miniature white marshmallows 3/4 c. M & M's 3/4 c. peanut M & M's Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 inch round pizza pan. In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Beat in egg. At low speed, stir in flour and baking soda until well blended. Evenly spread dough into pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned; sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during last 5 minutes of baking. Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack. To serve, cut cookie into 16 wedges. |
