CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 cup regular rice and 13 x 9 inch pan (or long baking dish).

Mix together: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can of water

Mix thoroughly with rice and place in buttered casserole dish. 4 chicken breasts boned and cut in half (or chicken cutlets, thighs and legs skinned may be also added if desired). Salt chicken pieces, dip in melted butter (butter) and crushed Rice Krispies or cereal or favorite crumb coating. Lay on top of rice mixture and bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
