BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH
RICE
 
1-2 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bunches broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1-2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
6-8 servings of instant rice

Boil chicken breast until done; set aside until cool. In casserole dish add soup, cheese and cooled chicken breast (shredded up chicken breast). Cut up broccoli and steam until it changes color. Then add to casserole dish and mix all ingredients together. Add a little bit of cheese to top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice. Cook rice as directed on package.
