APPLE CINNAMON ROLL LOAF 
2 c. applesauce
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat applesauce until warm. Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Stir in shortening and salt and sugar. Add flour a little at a time until you have a soft dough. Knead. Let rise. Divide in two. Pat each piece into 9 inch square and brush with butter and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Roll like a jelly roll and place in bread pans. Let rise. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes; then 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
