PIZZA DOUGH 
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Fleischmann's dry active yeast
1 c. very hot tap water
2 tbsp. cooking oil

In large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast. Gradually add hot water and oil to dry ingredients. Add remaining flour, a cup at a time. Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Cover; let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour). Punch dough down; roll into pan. Add toppings and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
