OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. lean beef chunks
Salt, pepper, paprika
6 potatoes
8 onions
3 carrots
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
1/2 can sherry (use soup can)

Mix onion soup mix, soup, water, and sherry and pour over other ingredients. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 5 hours.
