5 HOUR BEEF STEW 250 OVEN 
2 lb. beef stew, bottom round
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Lipton onion soup mix
Fresh mushrooms and red wine

Put ingredients in casserole (don't stir). Cook for 2 1/2 hours, take out and stir, bake 2 hours more. Add 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms and 1/4 cup red wine. Cook 1/2 hour more. Serve over wide noodles.
