16 oz. can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 19 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour into the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Remove cake from oven and cool.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
