CHINESE CHOP SUEY 
Pour a couple tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Add cut up pork, chicken or shrimp; fry in fat until mostly done. Pour in some water from 1 can bean sprouts. Add celery chunks and onions. Keep mixing while cooking. Shake in soy sauce (2 or 3 tablespoons). When vegetables are almost done, add 1 or 2 cans sprouts 2 1/2 jars Chinese gravy sauce. Stir until mixed well and thicken with flour.
