CHINESE PORK SUB GUM 
1 lb. lean pork, cubed
1/4 c. butter
1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 #303 can chop suey vegetables, drained
1/2 c. waterchestnuts
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Chinese noodles

Combine corn starch and soy sauce, mix well. Add to meat mixture. Season to taste. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
