CHINESE HOTDISH 
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 (14 oz.) can chop suey vegetables, drained
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 bag chow mein noodles

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add and brown hamburger, season with salt and pepper. Drain and put hamburger mixture in a 4 quart casserole dish. Add the remaining ingredients, saving 1 cup of noodles for a layer on top of the casserole. Mix and cover the top with remaining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes.
