NO BAKE CHINESE COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can peanuts
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Melt morsels slowly in stainless steel saucepan. After completely melted, remove from oven and add peanuts and chow mein noodles. Mix well together with wooden spoon and drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate until hardened.

My mom made these when we were kids now I make them for my family, loved them, but I change the peanuts to chopped up almonds or you can also mixed them with pumpkins seeds. Also change it up a bit and use raisins. I also use semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark that way they are not so sweet - I have also just use all semi-sweet chocolate chips and no butterscotch chips. So good!! Enjoy!! My friends also loved them!
