CHINESE COOKIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. cocktail peanuts
1 c. chow mein noodles (canned variety)

Melt together over low heat, double boiler, or microwave the chocolate and butterscotch chips. When melted, add peanuts and noodles. Mix well; drop on waxed paper to harden. One large tablespoon of mixture equals one cookie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
