SALAD 
2 English cucumbers
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. red onion, sliced
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seeds

Wash and slice thin cucumbers. Sprinkle salt over and let stand 1 hour. Mix sugar, onion rings, cherry tomatoes (halved), vinegar, and celery seeds. Pour over cucumbers. Chill and serve. The longer you keep it, the better it tastes. I make a day before serving.
