ORIENTAL SHORT RIBS 
4 lbs. short ribs
Flour
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. water

Coat ribs with flour. Brown on all sides in Dutch oven. Add garlic and brown lightly. Pour off excess fat. Sprinkle ribs with pepper. Mix soy sauce, honey and water, and add to meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
