SWEET AND SOUR SHORT RIBS 
5 lb. short ribs
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

Parboil ribs 45 minutes. Season meat with flour, salt, and pepper. Cover meat with sliced onion and bell peppers. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Last 30 minutes remove the cover. Serve with rice. Serves 6-8.
