SWEET & SOUR CHILI RIBS 
4 lb. lean pork spare ribs (country style)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. water
1 onion, diced

Trim fat off ribs and cut in desired sizes. Spread in bottom of large shallow baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.

Mix all ingredients in medium sized bowl. Pour over ribs and bake uncovered in 1 layer at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with rice and green salad. Serves 4-6. Baking time may be lessened if ribs are boiled first.
