SWEET AND SOUR SPARE RIBS 
1 bottle ketchup
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
5 lb. country style spare ribs

Mix together all ingredients except ribs and lemon juice and simmer 15 minutes. Place ribs in baking dish; pour sauce over ribs and cover. Roast 1 1/2 hours in 375 degree oven, basting occasionally.
