IDA'S B-B-Q SPARE RIBS 
1 onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle of ground pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar or molasses
1 1/2-2 lb. country style spare ribs

Bake ribs in 375 degree oven for 1 hour pouring off grease 3 times. In saucepan mix on top of stove chopped onion, 1 cup catsup, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle of ground pepper, 1 tablespoon brown sugar or molasses. Cook until bubbling. Pour over ribs and return them to oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
