ORIENTAL SHORT RIBS 
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 lbs. beef short ribs
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. celery
5 cloves minced garlic
1 (10 oz.) bottle ginger ale
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine flour, salt, ginger and mix. Coat ribs and then brown. Add ginger ale and catsup and soy sauce. Cook slowly until tender.
