ZUCCHINI AND CARROTS JULIENNE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
6 med. zucchini, cut into julienne strips
6 med. carrots, cut into julienne strips
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Heat butter and oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot. 6 servings.
