APRICOT DELIGHT 
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 sm. pkg. apricot Jello
1 lg. cream cheese, softened
2 jars apricot jr. baby food
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Bring water, sugar and Jello to boil. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, baby food and pineapple. Let cool and partially jell in refrigerator.

Fold Jello mixture into Cool Whip by hand. Place in serving bowl. Garnish with nuts or whipped cream or apricots.
