APRICOT ALMOND DELIGHT 
2 dried apricot halves
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk solids
2 tsp. Sugar Twin
5 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1 1/2 tsp. chopped almonds

Combine apricot halves, orange juice, nonfat dry milk solids and Sugar Twin in small saucepan. Boil approximately 5 minutes or until thickened; stir constantly. Add wafer crumbs and shape into one 2 x 2 inch square. Slice square into 4 sections. Place each candy into small paper cups. Top with almonds. Chill. Makes 1 serving.
