APRICOT JELLO DELIGHT | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. apricot Jello 2 1/2 to 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. juice, drained from pineapple 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 (#303) can crushed pineapple or a 15 1/2 oz. can drained 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp. flour 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Nuts for topping Prepare Jello according to package directions. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Let stand until firm. To pineapple juice, add egg, sugar, flour, and butter. Mix together and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Cool. Whip Dream Whip and fold into mixture. Spread on top of cold gelatin. Top with chopped nuts. |
