APRICOT JELLO DELIGHT 
2 sm. boxes apricot Jello
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. Dream Whip
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
Nuts for topping

Make Jello, drain pineapple (reserve juice). Add pineapple to Jello, add marshmallows. Let stand until firm. To 1/2 cup pineapple juice add beaten egg, sugar, flour, melted butter. Mix and boil until thick. Remove from heat, add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Cool. Whip Dream Whip, fold into cream cheese mix. Spread over top of Jello. Top with nuts.
