BRUSSEL SPROUTS 
Brussel sprouts
Butter
Bread crumbs
Garlic, chopped

Par boil 1 1/2 pounds of cleaned and trimmed brussel sprouts (about 10 to 15 minutes). Melt 1/2 stick butter in a casserole dish. Add garlic (2 cloves) and about 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs; mix well. Add brussel sprouts, dot with additional butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until tender.
