1 box German Chocolate cake mix with pudding
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 med. size bag walnuts (chopped)

Combine these ingredients, hand mix and spread in a 9x12 inch Pyrex baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (heat in microwave one (1) min.)
3 eggs

Combine ingredients and pour on top of cake mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for forty (40) minutes, or until top is golden brown.
