NIEMAN MARCUS BAR COOKIE 
1 box white cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Mix cake mix, egg and butter with a fork like pie crust dough. Pat evenly into a 9x13 pan.

Blend the rest of ingredients until mixed. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until light brown. Makes 36 bars.
