BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
1 c. coconut
2 unbaked 8-inch pie shells

Beat eggs and combine with buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour in pie shells.

Bake 10 minutes at 275°F.

Bake 50 minutes at 300°F.
