ENCHILADA BAKE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can enchilada sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 sm. can black sliced olives

Fry ground beef Drain grease. Place 4 corn tortillas on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with ground beef, cheese, onions and olive. Repeat layers, top with remaining cheese, beef, onions and olives. Pour on enchilada sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
