BAKED ENCHILADA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion (med. size)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar taco sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. milk
Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar & mozzarella cheeses

Fry hamburger, onion and green peppers. Drain off fat. Mix next ingredients in a bowl. Cut tortillas in strips. Arrange in layers in a large cake pan beginning with tortilla strips. Next add sauce mixture, hamburger and grated cheeses. Repeat with 2 more layers, then finish with sauce on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
