SPANISH RICE 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 can tomato paste
2 cans water (at least)
1 c. ketchup
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
4 c. cooked rice

Cook meat, onions and peppers until meat is brown and onions and peppers are tender. Add tomato paste and water; mix well. Add rest of ingredients Mix well and heat thoroughly.
