OLD FASHIONED EGG CUSTARD PIE | |
1/4 c. softened butter 2/3 c. sugar 2 eggs 3 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla nutmeg 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs and flour mixing well. Stir in milk, water and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 300 degrees for 15 more minutes. Cool and refrigerate. |
