ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts

Not marinated, can use marinated but rinse thoroughly, drain and squeeze out water, flake and mash.

2 minced garlic cloves
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together and put in ungreased baking dish (8 x 8 or so). Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with party bread or crackers.

If you double the recipe put in a 9 x 13 dish.
