ORANGE BUTTER ICING 
1/3 c. soft butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
About 1 1/2 tsp. fresh orange juice
2 tsp. freshly grated orange rind (or 1/2 tsp. lemon rind)

Blend butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk. Beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
