COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Put in blender in order given. Pare into 10 inch well greased pie pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. I only put in 1 cup milk to blend. Then the second cup. Mix and bake.
