COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. coconut
3 c. milk
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Finish 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Makes 2 large pies.
