COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
9 in. pie crusts

Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
