COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. homogenized milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 10 inch pie plate or two 8 inch pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.

Note: Makes its own top and bottom crust.
