QUICK AND EASY GARLIC BUTTER 
6-8 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. chives
1/2 tsp. parsley

Crush garlic. Blend with one stick softened butter; add chives and parsley.

HINT: Chill garlic butter by rolling into logs, then placing in plastic wrap and chill until firm. Slice off as needed. It can also be frozen. Spread on Italian or French bread, toast or toasted English muffins or popped corn.
