CALIFORNIA CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken or turkey breast, cubed 1 c. celery slices 1 c. seedless red grapes 1 ripe avocado, peeled & chopped 1/4 c. sliced red onion rings 1/2 c. La Martinique poppy seed dressing 1/4 c. plain yogurt Combine chicken, celery, grapes, avocado and onion in large bowl. Combine poppy seed dressing and yogurt; mix well. Pour dressing over chicken mixture; mix lightly. Chill to blend flavors. Can be served on bed of lettuce and topped with toasted almond slices if desired. |
