CALIFORNIA CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. curry powder or more to taste
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Pinch of marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
4 c. shredded cooked chicken breasts
2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
Lettuce leaves
Paprika

Use fat free mayonnaise to lower fat intake. Melt butter in saucepan. Cool to room temperature. In a bowl, gently stir the butter in mayonnaise, parsley, curry powder, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper.

In a large bowl combine chicken, grapes, and almonds. Arrange this mixture on lettuce leaves. Pour the dressing on top and sprinkle with paprika.
