CHILES RELLENOS BAKE 
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chili peppers, (6 peppers)
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 beaten eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix

Drain and split peppers lengthwise, remove seeds. Cut Jack cheese in strips and place inside peppers. Arrange in 8 x 8 baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, Bisquick and beat until smooth. Pour over peppers. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. Serves 6.
