CHILE RELLENOS BAKE 
1 lb. ground meat (favorite)
1 (4 oz.) can green chile strips
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
Dash salt (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown the ground meat in skillet and drain. Place half the green chiles in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Sprinkle cheese over chiles and top with meat and rest of chiles.

Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt and beat until smooth. Pour over mix in pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and cut in squares to serve.
