RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick melted butter
1 can onion soup with beef broth base
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. long grain rice

Drain mushrooms and chestnuts. Use liquid and water to make 2 cups. Add 1 cup long grain rice. Mix all together in long Pyrex pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set 15 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 5.
